Garbo is the only daughter of the magnificent Champion Phreelancer Phrosty Moon Over Corydon, the breed record holder and a dog I greatly admired from the moment I saw him as a very young puppy.
Garbo had a great show career, winning well as a puppy and taking many Best of Breed awards as an adult at open shows, numerous championship show placings including 1st Limit Bitch at London & Provincial Collie Club, where she gained her Stud Book Number, 1st prize at Crufts 2006 and
Best Veteran In Show at both the Midland Collie Club 2006 and the Yorkshire Collie Club 2007.
After a few years of mating Garbo with no success or more importantly, puppies, we decided to mate her to Aqualita Class Act With Corydon and to our surprise, she produced an absolutely cracking litter!
From that litter came our first champion; Hong Kong Champion Demelewis Jade Moon At Corydon; Best In Show winners; Champion Demelewis Dark Moon Driftin' Over Corydon JW (7 x CC winner, Best of Breed Crufts 2008, Top Winning Collie 2008), Demelewis Muffin Moon With Corydon and our own Demelewis Raven Moon ShCM (CC winner).
Garbo won 1st AV Best Brood Bitch, shown alongside her tri children, at the East Anglian Collie Association Championship Show 2007, a few weeks short of her 9th birthday.
